Your responsibilities will include: Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students with their learning and encouraging engagement Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity Building rapport with students and staff across different school settings This is an ideal opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or those with experience in youth work, coaching, or mentoring.
