Service Development & Leadership: Contribute to service improvement projects, supervise junior staff and students, and engage in clinical audits and research to promote evidence-based practice. Flexible Service Delivery: Provide therapy across Urgent Community Response (UCR), Care Transfer Hub, and Intermediate Care Bed Bases, with participation in rotational duties and weekend cover. Essential Qualifications & Experience Professional Registration: Must hold current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist. Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to supervise staff and students, and effectively work within a collaborative team. Clinical Competence: Sound knowledge of current clinical guidelines and ability to implement evidence-based practice.
