CRM Manager – HubSpot Specialist
We’re looking for a CRM Manager – HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of our customer journey, CRM strategy, and client lifecycle management.
This is not just a technical HubSpot role. It’s a strategic position focused on improving customer experience, retention, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

The Role
As our CRM Manager, you will:
* Own and manage HubSpot CRM (structure, workflows, automation, reporting)
* Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
* Improve client onboarding, engagement, and retention flows
* Build and manage email campaigns & lifecycle marketing automation
* Develop dashboards and performance reporting
* Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and CRM hygiene
* Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Client Care teams
* Identify automation opportunities to improve client care processes
* Support customer communication strategy across touchpoints
This role blends strategy, analytics, and execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
CRM & Automation
* workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences
* Implement lead scoring & segmentation strategies
* Manage integrations with other systems
* Improve reporting visibility across teams
Customer Journey & Client Care
* Map and improve onboarding processes
* Optimize follow-up and retention communication
* Support proactive client engagement initiatives
* Monitor churn signals and create re-engagement flows
Data & Insights
* Track KPIs (conversion rates, retention, engagement, lifecycle performance)
* Analyse customer behaviour and suggest improvements
* Present insights and recommendations to leadership
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year experience managing HubSpot CRM
* experience with automation workflows
* Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management
* Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
* Experience working cross-functionally
* Detail-oriented and process-driven
* Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements
