Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and nurturing the educational development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one:on:one assistance to students, aiding in lesson preparation, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to students with varying abilities and needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
* Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
Requirements:
* An Enhanced DBS or the willingness to obtain one.
* A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
* A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
* Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
