We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sprinkler Installer to join our team. The role involves the installation, testing and maintenance of Sprinkler systems across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a solid understanding of relevant UK regulations, and a commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety. As part of this role we would also like the candidate to have a background in plumbing installation to enable them to assist when cover is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, Maintenance & commissioning of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with BS EN 12845, BS 9251, and other relevant standards.
* Conduct regular servicing and testing of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with regulations and operational effectiveness.
* Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring systems remain fully operational and meet client needs.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
* Conduct pressure testing, flushing, and certification of installed systems.
* Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and other trades to coordinate works effectively.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures on-site, including risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
* Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
* Troubleshoot and rectify faults during and after installation.
* Install domestic and commercial plumbing systems including hot and cold water, drainage, and sanitary ware.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in sprinkler installations & Maintenance
* 3 years experience installing & maintaining sprinkler systems
* Valid CSCS card.
* IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant access training (desirable).
* Knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and fire protection standards.
* Full UK driving licence
* Based in South Wales with willingness to travel as required

* Strong practical and communication skills.
* Ability to work from drawings and follow technical instructions.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
