WHAT will I get from working with Huber + Suhner?
* EARN: £7.55 per hour
* EXPERIENCE- your hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm, finish at 4.15 pm on Fridays!
* QUALIFICATION: Business Admin Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.

WHAT will my DAY look like?
You Will Provide Direct Support Across The Entity, Blended With Administrative Needs To Supply Chain, Transportation & General Facility Management. Gaining a Level 3 Qualification Through This Apprenticeship, Experience Will Be Provided In Each Department, Including
* Extensive inductions with each member of the Country Management Team, providing an in-depth business knowledge
* Working with the Warehouse Manager to support customs transport administration
* SAP training
* Working with Supply Chain to assist on planning, reporting & forecasting
* Working with IT to update & maintain the Yodeck (TV Screens) displays throughout the site
* Working with the facility manager to ensure the facilities at the Bicester site are maintained
* Ensuring day-to-day facility benefits, including vending machine & coffee machines, are maintained
* Placing orders & maintaining stock for office & cleaning supplies as required
* Directing correspondence to the correct department/individuals
* Assisting the HR Manager & Cleaning Operative with events on site, such as customer visits, corporate visits & company events, including catering, meeting rooms & event activities.
* Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
WHAT skills/qualifications do I NEED?
* Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
* UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
* Communication, team working & customer care.
* Attention to detail & initiative.
* Organisation & IT skills.
