Responsibilities

* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management
* Handle phone calls professionally, ensuring excellent customer service
* Support team members with various projects as needed
Experience
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and communication skills
