About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Wakefield, ideally you will have previous Telesales experience, ideally working within the Utilities / Power Industry, within Technical Telesales / or alternatively you are a Graduate looking into the Utilities / Power Sector.
As a Sales Advisor you will
Initiating sales with potential customers and engaging with our customers and upsell Ipsum Utilities services
Generating repeat sales, g athering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers is an essential part of this position.
