Account Executive opportunity with an ambitious SaaS startup. This is a hybrid role based in Central London.
Our client is helping companies with sustainability and has already partnered with an impressive list of global businesses. They are now looking at their next fundraising series and need a high-performing Account Executive to join their team.
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business with FinTech or logistics companies and managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This is a great opportunity to be an early joiner in a young sales team and play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling their market presence.
To succeed, you will need to be agile in your approach to work and not afraid to pivot target markets as the business develops. You will thrive in this type of environment rather than in a corporate business. Previous experience in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup is essential.
The ideal candidate for this role is an ambitious Account Executive with a genuine passion for tackling climate change and end-to-end sales experience in the tech space.
About the role:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities with mid-market FinTech and Financial Services organisations
* Manage the full sales cycle
* Collaborate on marketing campaigns and follow up with prospective clients
* Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Contribute to the company’s sales processes and playbooks with your manager
* Work closely with the leadership team
About You:
* Several years of experience in a 360 sales role within a B2B SaaS business
* Ideally, have experience selling to FS or logistics, though not essential
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
* Have previous experience with mid-market deals
* Agile - able to pivot and not afraid to experiment and explore new markets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for sustainability and climate action, with a keen interest in driving positive environmental impact

* £50k - £55k base dependent on experience
* Uncapped commission (realistic year one target of £25k OTE)
