Leading reputable residential property developer currently seeking an experienced document controller/administrator to join their team based in South West London.
The company has extensive experience across various sectors, including prime office, retail, and hotel developments across London.

* Significant document control experience with a main contractor background
* Meticulous organisational skills
* Ability to manage and own the document control process for multiple projects
* Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
* Professional appearance, reliability, punctuality, and responsibility
* IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
* Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
* Set up new job files according to standards, obtaining necessary information from clients
* Maintain shared computer folders and files
* Coordinate document changes and provide admin support for projects
* Implement and create systems for document management
* Update contract documents as required, including collating, filing, and distributing documents related to Variation Orders
* Maintain project-related filing systems to ensure they are up-to-date
