Regional Sales Manager Job Summary

This role involves working with a leading wine and spirits supplier to drive sales growth in the Birmingham region. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or account management within the drinks, hospitality, or FMCG sector.

* The Regional Account Manager is responsible for increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants).
* They must build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* A tailored sales strategy will be developed to meet customer needs and company objectives.
* The commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins, will be managed effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a commercially astute ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts. They will also be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:

* Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector.
