About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. Your responsibilities include coaching your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards
* Managing shifts, planning staffing to ensure proper coverage, coaching on the go
* Understanding labor management, rotas, and learning about financial performance
* Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
What we’re looking for:

* Experience in shift management and team coaching
