National Account Manager

Macgregor Black are partnering with a rapidly growing gifting company on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in South of England.
As the National Account Manager, you will take ownership of key UK retail accounts, driving sales growth across a diverse and creative product portfolio in the gifting sector. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, design-led business known for its innovation and strong licensed brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow national retail accounts across multiple channels – including high street, grocery, and online.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans, promotional calendars, and new product introductions.
* Lead commercial negotiations, manage pricing and margin targets, and deliver against revenue goals.
* Act as the key liaison between the company and licensing partners, ensuring brand compliance and commercial success.
* Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and supply chain to deliver outstanding customer service and retail execution.
* Represent the business at trade shows and licensing events.
What We're Looking For:
* You have proven experience managing major retail accounts within the consumer goods sectors.
* You have a strong understanding of the licensing landscape and working with licensed products.
* You’re commercially focused, target-driven, and confident handling P&L responsibility.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
