We’re on the hunt for two creative, driven Sous Chefs to bring flavour, flair, and leadership to our vibrant kitchen at Next Leicester.
This is not your average kitchen job – it’s a chance to be part of a growing team where fresh ideas and quality ingredients matter just as much as consistency and pace.
As a Sous Chef, you'll:
Sous Chef x2 - Leicester
40 hours per week
5 days over 7 varying between 7am and 6pm
Responsibilities
* Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
* Inspire and support your team to deliver food they’re proud of
* Be hands-on across prep, service, and maintaining high standards
* Help shape daily specials and contribute to a fresh-led menu
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a strong CDP or existing Sous Chef
* A true foodie who loves creating dishes that wow
* Confident in running a shift and supporting junior chefs
* Passionate about food hygiene, safety, and doing things the right way
