As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of essential services across our contracts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing the delivery and financial performance of contracts Leading a team of operatives, subcontractors, and administrators Developing and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring services are delivered in line with KPI/SLA targets Conducting quality assurance and compliance inspections What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for you if you: Have practical experience in a similar role, ideally within a PFI setting, focusing on Fabric, Fire & Security, or Drainage Possess strong leadership and people management skills Hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate Exhibit excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of building services, statutory regulations, and compliance If you’re excited about joining a dedicated team and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
