Panel Technician - Paint & Body Repair Centre
Location: Loughton
Hours: full time flexible, 45 hours per week.. Alternatively, shift patterns to suit your lifestyle
Salary: Competitive Basic plus OTE Bonus scheme

The role
As a skilled Panel technician, you will join a team of experts supporting one of our popular brands in our state-of-the-art facilities, providing a high quality and efficient vehicle panel repair for our customers. You can expect regular manufacturer specific training to keep you up to date with the latest technology through both manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.
Who you are
• Previous experience as a Panel Technician with technical expertise to work at pace
• A team-player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures
• A qualified Panel Technician with an industry recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Motivated, dedicated and organised with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace
• Tech savvy and confident using iPad software
What you’ll do
• Repair or replace damaged or compromised bodywork panels
• Repairing Chassis and framework on vehicles
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to provide high quality repairs
• Completing job cards and electronic write ups on franchise platforms
