A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, nurturing, and committed to making a difference in a child's education.
Role Overview:
1. Provide 1:1 support to a child with additional learning needs
2. Assist with classroom activities and learning interventions
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents to support the child's progress
5. Encourage independence and confidence in learning
Requirements:
1. Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
2. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. A passion for education and child development
5. A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
