What You Will Do
* Identify and manage emerging issues with products in the field.
* Plan, drive, monitor, coordinate, and report on technical investigations using root cause and corrective actions.
* Capture and share lessons learned with the engineering team.
* Provide technical interface to customers such as airlines and OEMs.
* Write, edit, and communicate technical documents clearly.
* Coordinate updates and releases of technical publications like Component Maintenance Manuals and Service Bulletins. (Experience in creating these documents required; training available.)
* Support and create Repairs, Upgrades, and Modifications schemes.

Qualifications We Prefer
* Experience in aerospace product support roles.
* Knowledge of S1000D and ATA iSpec 2200 standards.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
* Technical understanding for effective interfacing across disciplines.
* Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action tools like DMAIC and Six Sigma.
Highly Desirable
* Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience with Heat Exchanger products in aerospace or automotive sectors.
* Experience in drafting aftermarket documentation.
* Support experience in aerospace Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul organizations.
* Knowledge of civil or military aircraft maintenance regulations.
* Ability to work independently with customers on complex issues.
* Registration with professional engineering organizations (e.g., CEng, IEng).
