In this hands-on role, you'll lead marketing across our group of Hyundai dealerships. You'll manage our digital presence, deliver engaging campaigns, and collaborate with Hyundai UK and internal teams to drive performance. From website development and SEO to social media content and strategic campaign planning, you'll shape how customers engage with our brand and help fuel our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee website development, SEO, data feeds, and lead capture tools
* Manage live chat engagement and performance across departments
* Analyse market share data and build targeted growth strategies with senior leadership
* Deliver quarterly new vehicle campaigns aligned with Hyundai UK's national strategy
* Develop and execute the used vehicle brand strategy and maintain group-wide quality standards
* Plan and deliver quarterly sales events and targeted marketing campaigns
* Create and manage social content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
* Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM data
* Support internal communications and sales team alignment
* Build relationships with third-party suppliers, agencies, and local partners
* Enhance local community reputation and manage online reviews
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer brand guidelines and marketing legislation (FCA, GDPR, PECR)
* Stay ahead of marketing trends and recommend new tools and strategies
What You'll Need
* Experience in retail marketing (automotive knowledge preferred)
* Strong understanding of SEO, CRM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
* A creative mindset with a passion for performance and innovation
* Organised, with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure
* An eye for detail and a drive for excellence in campaign delivery
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Full UK driving licence (for travel between sites)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
