Quantity Surveyor
Client : BAE Systems
Location : Scotstoun
Duration : 9-Month Contract
Hourly Rate : £55 PAYE or £74.26 Umbrella
Working Arrangements : Full time on site.
BAE Systems is looking for a Commercial / Quantity Surveyor to manage sub-contract accounts and support project delivery at our Scotstoun site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial aspects of sub-contracts and ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget.
* Advise project teams on contract performance and commercial matters.
* Source labour, materials, and sub-contractors, managing tenders and procurement processes.
* Resolve issues and support dispute resolution as required.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Construction sector Quantity Surveying experience.
* Strong understanding of contracting and pricing.
Desirable:
* RICS/MCIPS membership or working towards.
* Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
* Experience leading a small team.
