The role
A hybrid position that bridges client strategy, campaign leadership and media delivery.
Reporting into the Digital Account Director, youâll take day-to-day ownership of client relationships, turning marketing goals into smart, data-driven media plans and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact.
Youâll
* Act as the key client contact for all paid media activity and be confident managing senior stakeholders, gathering briefs, and presenting results
* Lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic, CTV, DOOH and Audio
* Translate strategy into action, briefing and supporting channel specialists
* Manage relationships with vendors, media owners and partners to drive performance and innovation
* Monitor results, optimise intelligently, and tell the story behind the data
* Mentor junior team members as the team scales
Who you are
Youâre a confident, ambitious Paid Media professional who thrives on partnership with clients, with colleagues, and with performance data.
* 2â5 yearsâ experience in a media or digital agency
* Proven client-facing experience, comfortable leading calls, presenting plans, and managing expectations
* Strong across Meta and Google Ads; bonus if youâve touched Programmatic, CTV, or DOOH
* Collaborative, commercially sharp, calm under pressure
* Ambitious â ready to step up and grow into Client Director / Business Director level
