Executive Assistant - Employment Hours Full Time, 9.30am – 5.30pm Department Employment & Immigration The Role The Employment & Immigration team in our Putney office is seeking an energetic, motivated, professional Executive Assistant to work in our friendly and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to be involved in the growth of the team. The work is interesting and varied and includes but is not limited to: Proactively supporting the team in providing exceptional service and experience to all clients, prospective clients and third parties. Responsible for the administrative processes for the team and the compliance with firm-wide policies and processes. Proactive diary management for the team, coordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork. Act as a liaison between the team and the business support groups across the firm. Ensure fee earner compliance with all relevant risk management requirements on file opening and closing, including records of conflict checking, anti-money laundering checks, client care letters/terms and conditions and large value retainers. Responsible for the preparation of bundles for use in Court proceedings and liaising when necessary with the Court and Counsel. Work closely and effectively with other Executive Assistants, departments and providing support in cases of holidays and absences Technical skills and expertise Previous exerience of working as an Executive Assistant within the legal sector Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook (advanced), Microsoft Word (advanced), Microsoft Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint (basic). Great attention to detail with the ability to proof read and check outgoing communications when required. Strong organisatioal and time management skills, whilst working to deadlines with limited supervision Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to develop good working relationships with clients and third parties.
