Overview
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a problem-solving mindset? We're looking for a Commissions Administrator to join our team in Storrington, West Sussex. As a busy mortgage brokerage with over 20 brokers, we need a dedicated person to manage our commission process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Reconcile our bank account, accurately allocating commissions to the correct brokers, and uploading them to our bespoke commission portal.
* Prepare and issue commission statements to our brokers on the working day before the 28th of each month.
* Handle a high volume of email inquiries from brokers after statements are sent out, addressing their questions and resolving any discrepancies with patience and accuracy.
Office and training
This is an office-based role only, and full training will be provided.
