We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and motivated Contracts Manager to join our team in Peterborough. The role involves managing construction projects, leading project teams, communicating business and project objectives, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Job Purpose
To manage construction projects effectively, ensuring profitable, timely, and high-quality delivery, while leading project teams and maintaining company standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring safety and environmental standards are upheld.
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
* Planning project aspects, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions.
* Managing project programmes and tracking progress.
* Overseeing design processes and ensuring timely information flow.
* Promoting company values and continuous improvement.
* Setting goals for team members and supporting their development.
* Managing profit and loss in collaboration with QS.
* Reporting delays or disruptions and resolving issues.
Experience required:
* At least 3 years as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
* Experience in D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts, with preconstruction knowledge.
Desired skills:
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Objective approach and team-building skills.
* Coaching and development abilities.
