You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,690 per annum. Your responsibilities as our Senior Support Worker will include: Ensure the people we support are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing. To supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service. Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service. To provide leadership to the care staff within the service Organise and plan supervisions and appraisals for staff. What we are looking for in our Senior Support Worker: Ideally a driver but not essential. Previous care and leadership experience REQUIRED. Level 3 NVQ is desirable, Applicant would be willing to complete Level 3 NVQ within this role.
