Key Duties: To manage the day-to-day operation of the Health Hub in the Glades in Bromley, ensuring the centre is open to partners and the public at the agreed times and to be on site five days per week to ensure the Hub runs safely and efficiently. To develop and maintain good relations and channels of communication with all relevant stakeholders. To coordinate the schedule of services with local partners and providers to the Hub. This will include Bromley GP Alliance, Kings College Hospital, Bromley Public Health, Women’s Health Services, Bromley Well and Mytime Active. To ensure that all systems, standards, documentation & procedures are developed, maintained, and adhered to in terms of bookings, communications, and reporting. To attend meetings and provide regular updates to services and partners as and when required. To link with and accommodate the Mass Vaccination Service into the schedule for the Hub at the appropriate times. To liaise with The Glades Management Team to ensure the Hub is complying with the building’s regulations. To take responsibility for technical and IT liaison, maintenance defects, cleaning programmes, log any issues and liaise with Kings College Hospital Team regularly. To assist with the promotion of the Hub and the services within it. To deliver high levels of customer service standards at all times ensuring good customer experience and operating in accordance with Mytime’s Code of Conduct and Customer Service Standards. To carry out all duties regarding Health & Safety requirements and regulations according to the Health & Safety Policy To ensure that commitment to equal opportunities is reflected at all stages of planning, delivery, and reporting, in line with agreed service standards. To ensure administrative practices are in line with Care Quality Commission regulations, including compliance with Information Governance and patient confidentiality. To undertake other tasks as may be reasonably required within the general scope of the post. Role requirements: Experience of working effectively as a team member. Minimum of two years’ experience of facility management and / or working with health and wellbeing stakeholders. Educated to A level standard or, equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
