Job Title - Residential Support Worker (Children’s Residential Care, Full-Time) LOCATION - NEWTOWN, POWYS (Residential Care Home) Salary : £28,632.24 - £31,253.04 per annum (including sleep-ins) FULL UK MANUAL DRIVER LICENCE ESSENTIAL Shift pattern 3 on 6 off, or 2 on 4 off. Essential Hold a full driving licenceAble to work shift pattern of 3 on 6 off or 2 on 4 offEnergetic and able to work in a fast-paced residential care environmentEnjoy activities and engaging with children and young peopleNew staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
