Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to field sales specialists. * Generate quotes and process customer orders. * Liaise with the warehouse to monitor deliveries and resolve issues. * Handle customer enquiries and escalate when necessary. * Manage customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and communication. * Maintain stock levels for call-off orders. * Proactively contact new and inactive customers to generate sales. * Manage general admin tasks, including phone and email queries.
