Join our dynamic College Support Services team at EKC Folkestone College as a College Services Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative and student support functions. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and make a real difference in the day-to-day life of the College.
In This Role, You Will
 * Provide efficient and professional administrative support as part of the College Services team
 * Assist with processing student applications, enrolments, and examinations using corporate data systems
 * Respond to student, staff, and visitor enquiries with a friendly and helpful approach
 * Support the operation of the Service Help Desk, reviewing logged jobs and ensuring timely responses
 * Liaise with relevant support service teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively
 * Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of college operations
Hours per week: 30
Salary: £20,116

About You
 * Work in a busy open‑office environment, balancing administrative tasks with answering calls and handling queries from students, staff, and visitors
 * Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
 * Support the processing of curriculum and short course applications for the upcoming academic year
 * Assist with key college operations including reception duties, administration, timetabling, enrolment, student records, and examinations
 * Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working to tight deadlines
 * Collaborate with colleagues across the College to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
