The role :

* Drive & manage KPIS daily
* Support in coaching & developing your team to foster their development
* Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets & budgets
* Support in driving a commercial business
* Excellent operations & stock management
Experience :
* Minimum 1+yrs' experience in fashion retail management
* Positive attitude & willingness to grow
* Exceptional customer service & styling skills
* Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
* Strong understanding of KPIS & their impact on the business
* Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
* Ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
* Self-motivated & strong communicator
