We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Team Coordinator to join our vibrant and supportive Chorley and South Ribble team within the Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Network. This is a Band 7 role, working 30 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities
* Provide clear line management within the team, including the full range of first line management duties: approval of annual leave, special leave, training, undertaking PDRs, investigating and responding to complaints, and dealing with first stage disciplinary and grievance issues.
* Provide management supervision, promoting a robust understanding of Service Line Business objectives.
* Support training and development needs associated with the specialist areas of clinical practice within the locality.
* Support and lead team transformation projects.

About the Trust
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care. The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
