Group International Financial Controller- Global Production Agency -Stockholm/Hybrid The Role: As Group International Financial Controller, you’ll oversee the agency’s financial operations in Sweden and the USA, reporting directly into the 2 Founders as well as the Group CFO. You’ll be a key player in shaping financial strategy, improving reporting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving commercial performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Commercial, and Operations, supporting decision-making and helping the business scale effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage the consolidation of financial results from international subsidiaries Manage the audit process for the companies under your portfolio. Lead accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Supervise and develop the finance team across management accounting, AP, and AR. Ensure compliance with group policies and external statutory requirements. Manage external accountants statutory reporting. Partner with client teams to monitor profitability, improve margins, and optimise project delivery. Including billing and job costing. Maintain strong internal controls and drive process improvements across finance functions. Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet reporting. Deliver insightful financial analysis to support senior leadership. Collaborate on system and process upgrades to improve automation and efficiency. Act as a point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and group finance. Requirements: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with experience reporting under IFRS standards. Fluent in English and Swedish Experience within a Media, Creative, Production or Marketing agency preferred. Exposure to audits, either as an auditor or in an audited business. Strong understanding of project-based accounting and client profitability. Confident communicator, able to build trust with senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Sage) Analytical, commercially aware, and highly organised, with a strong eye for detail. Collaborative team player, comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience incorporating AI into finance processes is a plus, but not required.
