Box Leisure Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing holiday and leisure operator for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to support a busy, guest-focused venue within a thriving holiday destination. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its people, guest experience, and future growth plans. The Role Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy food and beverage venue. You will be a hands-on leader, leading from the front and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service standards at all times. Key Responsibilities - Support the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of the venue - Lead, motivate and develop team members and supervisors - Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained - Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management - Support rota planning and staffing requirements - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance - Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally - Support financial controls including cash handling and cost management - Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager when required The Ideal Candidate ✔ Previous experience within a supervisory, team leader, assistant manager or management role within hospitality ✔ Strong leadership and people management skills ✔ Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences ✔ Organised, proactive and able to perform under pressure ✔ Knowledge of food safety and health & safety procedures ✔ Experience within holiday parks, hotels, pubs, restaurants or leisure venues would be highly advantageous What's On Offer? ⭐ £15.00 - £16.00 per hour ⭐ Minimum 30-hour contract providing security during quieter periods ⭐ Additional hours available during peak trading periods ⭐ Excellent career progression opportunities ⭐ Ongoing training and development ⭐ Employee discounts and leisure benefits ⭐ Supportive management team and positive working culture ⚠ Please note: Live-in accommodation is NOT available for this position.
