The role involves hybrid working: 2–3 days at home or at the office.
Responsibilities
* Provide a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester, including vulnerable, young, and older persons services.
* Address income challenges.
* Support tenancy sustainment.
* Safeguard, address domestic abuse, and promote community safety.
* Deal with environmental issues such as fly‑tipping and garden maintenance.
Qualifications
* Extensive housing management experience.
* Access to a personal vehicle.
