Executive Search Consultant - Start-ups / SaaS£60,000 base - OTE £100,000+Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the officeLondonI’m working on a mandate for an Executive Search Consultant to work for one of the leading specialist search firms focusing on Technology, Software Engineering, Product, and Design leadership in the SaaS Start-up space.The first thing to make clear is that this isn’t a recruitment agency that’s dressed up to look like a search firm. This is 100% search; all their clients/projects are retained.They have 180 people globally, 31 in Europe, and have been established for 25 years.Roles range from placing CTOs with some of Europe’s most exciting start-ups to the leadership teams for Product, Engineering, and Design. All roles are C-Level, Head of, or VP-level.This role is for a Junior Principal and would suit someone with 2-4 years’ experience in search or contingency (perm) who focuses on the same vertical as them.You’ll work alongside Partners/Directors on searches, and after 12-18months, you should be on target to lead/manage your own searches. Base salary is about £60k and commission per search will be between £6-8k, and you’ll typically work 15-20 searches annually.Hybrid working is 3 days a week in the office.For more details, including the firm's name, please reply.
