Electrical Compliance Engineer Contract: Key Account Network Location: Perth (and travel to other sites) Hours of work: 41.25 Contract Type: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Engineer to work across the full ISS account, delivering Fixed Wire Testing, producing EICRs, and creating remedial work schedules to a high standard.​ The successful candidate will play a key role within the Key Account Network specialist electrical team, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards. Job Description We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and well-organised individual who can work independently, maintain professional standards, and consistently meet customer expectations.​ This role requires strict compliance with BS7671: 18th Edition regulations and ISS HSEQ procedures, alongside a proactive approach to customer service and administration. Key Responsibilities Carry out Fixed Wire Testing and produce EICRs across the ISS account. Complete electrical inspection, testing and remedial works to the required standards. Ensure all electrical works comply with BS7671: 18th Edition wiring regulations. Provide a professional service that upholds customer satisfaction and ISS expectations. Maintain accurate documentation, records, certificates and vehicle logs within required timeframes. Take a proactive approach to customer liaison, resolving or escalating concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and ISS HSEQ policies and procedures. Work independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills and responsibility. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience in Fixed Wire Testing within a commercial environment. 18th Edition Electrical qualification. City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent). NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent). Valid UK Driving Licence (for regional travel). Experience in electrical installation work across commercial, retail or office environments. Experience producing EICRs and delivering fault finding, maintenance, installation and commercial inspection/testing. Previous experience in reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
