The Role: An opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Corporate & Commercial team advising on the full range of transactions - acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, private equity, joint ventures, and investments. You'll work directly with the Head of Department, leading deals end-to-end and acting as main client contact.
