The Role:
As a Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Assembler, youll play a key role in a skilled machine build team assembling complex special-purpose machinery. This is full end-to-end mechanical assembly, not simple bolt-on work - you will be involved in the complete equipment build process.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Full mechanical assembly of bespoke machines from the ground up
2. Precision mechanical fitting, fine adjustments, correct clearances, and lubrication
3. Working with shafts, bearings, gears, linkages, pneumatics, and other precision components
