A fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, part of a small group, working full time at 40 hrs a week, or would consider part time minimum 27 hrs a week. Requirements What are Clients are looking for Must have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum. Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Team Player with excellent communication skills, and a positive, proactive approach. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
