Join the Close Brothers Experience Strategy & Design Team where you will take ownership of designing digital products and features that are both user-friendly and commercially effective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop design concepts using user centric design methods to evaluate and reimagine existing processes and customer touch points.
* Support explorative and evaluative research initiatives, alongside UX designers and CX strategists.
* Use creative flair to translate concepts into viable designs that illustrate simplicity despite their technical complexity.
* Form interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, simulate interaction patterns, model animations, and enable realistic customer testing.
* Manage the handover of design into development, providing necessary documentation and assurance to ensure desired outcome is met.
* Drive the strategy and evolution of the Group Design System defining; complex patterns, modular components, and interaction and usability standards.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
* Experience guiding the visual design of new and improvement to existing digital services, both individually and as part of a team.
* Confidence in creating concepts, low and high-fidelity designs, production ready visual designs, interactive prototypes, and animations.
* Skilled in use of design and prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Miro, and InVision.
* Experience creating and evolving a Design System, and overseeing it’s application across multiple business lines and/or digital services.
* Knowledge of front-end development standards and practices.
* Experience applying user centred design methods and design frameworks (such as Google Sprint, Design Thinking, and WCAG) to design for complex problems.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
* Experience in Financial Services sector.
* Demonstrable skills in illustration, information visualization and iconography.
