Job Title: Franchise Strategy Analyst

Job Purpose:
The Franchise Strategy Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Commercial and Strategy team to achieve short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives outlined in the Annual Business Plan. This role focuses on leveraging data analysis to uncover commercial opportunities, enhance revenue, and drive performance improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of strategic objectives through detailed data analysis and insight generation.
* Analyse operational and commercial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and business performance enhancement.
* Provide data-driven recommendations that contribute to improved business and financial outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with franchise obligations by monitoring relevant data and operational activities.
* Identify and mitigate revenue risks including lost revenue, ticketless travel, and other inefficiencies to safeguard optimal revenue protection.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in commercial or operational data analysis.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Knowledge of franchise business models and compliance requirements is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and risk identification.
