Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Location: Oxford
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
You will provide day‑to‑day support to Executive Committee members and manage the Oxford office. You report to the Senior EA and will coordinate meetings, projects, and internal events.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary, inbox, and meeting coordination for ExCo members.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
* Central coordination point for projects and priorities.
* Oversee facilities, suppliers, contractors, and operational needs of the Oxford office.
* Organise company events and lunches for internal and external meetings.
* First point of contact for visitors in the Oxford office.
* General office administration and organisation.
Nice‑to‑have Skills
* Experience as an EA supporting senior stakeholders.
* Providing high‑quality professional minutes.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and problem solve.
