Role summary:
As Project & Contracts Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administration support for the implementation and delivery of projects across our estate portfolio. You will be supporting the Facilities Manager and wider team by taking responsibility for implementing and maintaining a strong commercial contract management support function.
Skills/Responsibilities:
* Provide contract support using legal, financial, and business knowledge necessary to mitigate risk
* Ownership of and conducting full review of existing contracts / agreements
* Active role in the negotiation of Facilities contracts / agreements including Project related requirements requiring close liaison with Facilities Project Manager
* Support for tender preparation - standard and competitive tenders including preparation of Project handover documentation
