The role focuses on leading gender equality and disability projects, ensuring safe, inclusive and high-quality delivery that increases participants’ independence and opportunities.
What is the role?
As the Gender Equality & Disability Coordinator at Saints Foundation, you will oversee and deliver projects that tackle inequality, empower participants, and create lasting impact. You will lead our gender equality work, supporting girls, women, boys, and men in their personal development, as well as our disability projects, ensuring safe, inclusive, and high-quality delivery that increases participants’ independence and opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Lead gender equality and disability projects, shaping their design, delivery, and overall impact.
* Develop and deliver projects such as Team Mates and Changemakers, engaging schools and the wider community.
* Identify and develop new, sustainable opportunities to expand our disability work.
* Design and deliver dynamic sessions, workshops, and events that inspire, educate, and respond to national campaigns and participant needs.
* Ensure smooth delivery through careful planning, reporting, monitoring of progress, and collaborative working; review content to achieve meaningful outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with schools, partners, and the Saints Foundation team to ensure collaborative, high-quality project delivery.
* Act as the main point of contact for all enquiries related to gender equality and disability.

You have experience delivering projects in gender equality and disability inclusion, and are confident in facilitating engaging workshops that inspire and empower participants.
You excel at working collaboratively to deliver high-quality sessions and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You understand safeguarding best practices and are committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces for children and adults. You care about the community and are motivated to help participants thrive.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* Minimum level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Experience delivering community-based projects with measurable positive outcomes
* Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships to enhance project impact
* Skilled in designing and delivering interactive sessions that inspire and support personal development
* Demonstrated commitment to gender equality and disability inclusion, with experience driving positive change
* Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
