Estimator - Facilities Management
Location: Coventry (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £40,000

The role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

1. Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of hard and soft facilities services, maintenance contracts, and project works.
2. Conducting detailed site surveys to assess project requirements and identify all associated costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
3. Preparing and submitting detailed tender documentation, ensuring all bid information is compliant and submitted in a timely manner.
4. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and present proposals professionally.
5. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to secure accurate and competitive quotes.
