It’s a hands-on classroom role, perfect if you’re thinking about teaching in the future, returning to education, or keen to gain solid school experience without the full teaching workload. The role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll lead lessons using pre-prepared materials. The planning’s done for you. Your job is to bring calm, consistency, and a steady presence so pupils stay focused and learning stays on track.
