As a Business Systems & Reporting Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and maintaining existing business systems, including ERP, BI, PIM, and integrations
Developing and maintaining operational and management reports
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues across multiple platforms
Assisting with data integrity checks and ad-hoc analysis
Collaborating with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth system performance
As a Business Systems & Reporting Specialist, your experience will include:
Strong experience in business systems support and reporting
Familiarity with ERP systems
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and queries
Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools (dashboard design essential)
Understanding of integration tools and data flows
Desirable:
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
Knowledge of Snowflake, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric
Exposure to API integrations and automation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
