Are you looking to take the next step in your career within engineering? Do you enjoy problem-solving, learning new skills, and working directly with customers? We’re looking for a Field-Based Service Engineer/Pipe Fitter to join our team at Anglian Compressors & Equipment Limited.
* Install, service, and repair air compressors and related systems following manufacturer guidelines
* Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and technical specifications
* Communicate with customers about work required, equipment issues, and recommended actions
* Demonstrate equipment operation when needed
* Diagnose faults and conduct repairs using electrical, mechanical, and electronic understanding
* Work collaboratively with the Field Service Supervisor, Service Administrator, and Lead Engineer
* Provide feedback to management on customer insights and opportunities for product improvement
* Maintain accurate service records and identify required parts
* Stay updated on new technologies, engineering updates, and best practices
* Support the wider team as needed, duties may vary depending on business needs

* Experience within a service engineering or technical environment
* Relevant technical qualification OR equivalent experience
* Electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering skills
* Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
* Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments
* Competent with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
* Flexible approach to working hours
* Full UK driving licence (3 points or fewer)
