Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with local area knowledge. Lettings Negotiator Main Duties: Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants Booking and attending viewings Carrying out regular Landlord updates Negotiating offers Processing applications Dealing with customer enquiries Key Skills required: Lettings experience required Possess excellent customer service skills Results driven Team player Full UK driving licence and car Excellent communication skills Natural sales ability Self-motivated and organised Desire to succeed Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1.30pm The team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
