About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store performance, team development, and visual merchandising. You will lead by example, ensuring the store reflects the brand's identity and delivers consistent results through excellent service and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's values
* Stay informed on current fashion trends to inspire customers and team styling
* Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
* Ensure effective stock control and manage daily operations
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to their full potential
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail
* Strong knowledge of trend-led, fast-paced fashion
* Commercially focused with the ability to analyze figures and drive performance
* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
* A passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
